Client Care Receptionist

Born and raised in Kingston, Ontario, Sonja has always had a love for people, animals, and nature. An enthusiastic musician, Sonja completed her Bachelor’s of Music Therapy at Wilfrid Laurier University and is a board-certified music therapist. Sonja moved to Halifax in August 2022 and continues to work as a music therapist in the HRM region.

Sonja has always had a fondness for animals, and since moving to Halifax, has decided to explore the field of animal care. She is currently considering returning to school to pursue a career in Veterinary Medicine, either as a Veterinary Technician or a DVM.

In her free time, Sonja enjoys baking, surfing, knitting, and relaxing with her cats, Bonnie and Phoebe.
