Hospital Manager

Dan was born in England and moved to Canada with his family when he was 8 years old. He completed his post-secondary education in Ontario and moved to the East Coast with Emily in 2008.

Dan has been surrounded by veterinary medicine for close to 18 years when he met Emily. He has been a huge support to Emily in following her dreams to become a Veterinarian and has travelled and worked in many different fields. Their dream of opening a hospital has now become a reality and they couldn’t be more thrilled. Dan has been instrumental in the creation of Hammonds Plains Veterinary Hospital and we are lucky to have him as our office manager.

Dan and Emily now consider Nova Scotia home and are so happy to reside in such a beautiful province! They love to spend time with their new human baby, Audrey and their crew of furry children – Ellie, Marner and Whirly Durdle.
